Our liquid level senders and gauges are currently used in Extreme Turbine Class, P1 Powerboat and Class 1 powerboats as well as a number of poker run and leisure boats. The level senders have been used for several years in top level motorsport, including Formula 1, IRL, Nascar and Le Mans, and are also ideal for use in the punishing conditions encountered by 150MPH+ powerboats.

We can provide fuel level senders, oil level senders, sea water (ballast) level senders and fresh water level senders up to 2m in length. The senders are directly compatible with our digital level display which is also fully sealed with no moving parts.

Rxl-Series Liquid Level Sender

The R-Series level sender is compatible with fuel (Petroleum, Diesel, Kerosine, JetA and others) and also water. The senders are manufactured to your exact length requirements (up to 2m long) avoiding the need for any mechanical adjustment prior to installation.

There are no moving parts within the sender so there is nothing to jam or wear out. This level sender features both mechanical and electronic damping, eliminating the effects of liquid 'slosh' that is so commonly associated with marine applications.

Typical applications for the R-Series level sensor include fuel level measurement, sea water ballast measurement and fresh water holding tank measurement. A stainless steel version is available for sea water applications to avoid corrosion.

Digital Liquid Level Display

The digital liquid level display is directly compatible with the R-Series level sender and is an ideal way to display the fuel, oil or water level inside the cockpit. The gauge uses the 0-5v output from the sensor to display the liquid level via 27 LEDs. Unlike standard needle gauges, our digital level gauge will provide a highly accurate, stable reading at all times, no matter how much the boat lurches around.

The gauge is available in a variety of anodised colours, with many liquid variants available.
