Liquid level measurement sensor – capacitive sensors for most liquid types

All Gill liquid level measurement sensor products use capacitive technology to accurately sense the level of the liquid. Each Gill liquid level measurement sensor is available for oil, fuel, water and bio-fuel, as well as other more specialist liquids. The sensors feature fully integrated electronics, with no additional bulky processing electronics required and provide a fully configurable 0-5V analogue output over the liquid level measurement range.

We offer two distinct liquid level measurement sensor ranges, both available on rapid lead-times:

R-Series
The standard R-Series liquid level measurement sensor features an SAE 5-bolt flange mount (with integral electronics) and is available at any preferred customer length (up to 1.5m). As each R-Series liquid level measurement sensor is manufactured to length there is no need for any additional mechanical adjustment by the customer. This sensor is available for water, oil, fuel and bio-fuel applications, with either aluminium or stainless-steel construction.

M-Series
Each M-Series liquid level measurement sensor is designed to your application requirements. All sensors use capacitive technology to measure the liquid level, giving a highly accurate output to within 0.5% of the liquid level measurement depth. Typically, an M-Series liquid level measurement sensor is constructed of aluminium or stainless steel, however other materials such as titanium, peak and carbon-fibre can be used if required by the application. With several years experience providing sensors into a wide range of applications we have built a vast library of different designs and constructions, so we may already have a design on-file which perfectly suits your application.
